We are seeking a strong, experienced marketer to manage digital marketing for Fugue. Fugue is a high-growth, fast-moving environment, and the ideal candidate as a result must be able to adapt and thrive in conditions of constant change. In fact, the ideal candidate should show a strong history of being a change driver and innovator in previous roles.


Position Description:

As a digital marketing manager, you will manage both our digital infrastructure as well as drive online lead programs.  This position will be responsible for creating the necessary paid and organic programs to drive inbound traffic as well as quality leads.  The digital marketing manager will own and manage the company’s website working with the marketing and product marketing team to develop content and assets.  This role will monitor site performance to ensure that we are improving our on-page time and ultimately conversions. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer but support the entire marketing team. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for success of all digital marketing programs within the company. 
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns and social media. 
  • Own corporate website infrastructure, content and landing pages within Hubspot.
  • Manage and monitor all web/landing pages and continuously optimize through SEO, A/B testing, improved user experience, etc. to increase inbound lead conversions.
  • Manage paid advertising program and tools e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Social Platforms, etc.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence. 
  • Manage and optimize email marketing and nurturing programs to improve lead conversion and accelerate later stage pipeline.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. 
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. 
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. 


Characteristics & Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaigns, and other related aspects of marketing 
  • Proficient experience with Hubspot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proven experience in a role that requires an ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and show results, even when there are competing priorities.
  • Solid track record for developing digital program plans, managing execution across many teams and delivering strong return on investments.
  • Experience in building web pages and optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
